JRHMS CHO 2024 Selection Procedure

Merit-based selection will be based on final B.Sc. and post-basic B.Sc. theory and practical test results.

At least 40% of candidates must come from unreserved categories; further requirements include 40% from EWS, 36.5% from BC-II, 34% from BC-I, and 32% from SC, ST, and all female categories.

Applicants will be contacted for document verification after being shortlisted for the Community Health Officer post based on their academic standing.

2024 JRHMS CHO Salary

The selected candidates will be called CHOs and will be paid ₹ 25,000 per month, which is a fixed salary, up to a performance-based incentive of up to ₹ 15,000 based on the appropriate criteria.

This fixed pay will be given to the selected candidates who will work for the Jharkhand Rural Health Mission Society as community health officers.
