How to Apply Online for MP NHM ANM Recruitment 2023
- First visit the official website of the MP NHM iforms.mponline.gov.in
- Go to the NHM section
- You will see Serial Number 112 for MP NHM ANM Notification
- Click Notification and download it, and read all the instructions before applying.
- Then click the Apply Now option
- You will be redirected to the Registration and Login Dashboard.
- Click the Note Register / Create Account
- Register by providing your name, mobile number, email address, User ID and Password and click register.
- Now click the login button by entering the User ID and Password, and the entire form will open.
- The form must be completed with correct information.
- Now upload your photo and signature.
- Next page you have to upload your Class 10th Marksheet, Class 12th Marksheet, Id, ANM Marksheet, and MP Nursing Council Registration Certificate.
- If you have worked a minimum of 89 days during COVID-19, upload a work experience certificate.
- Now pay the required fee must online by clicking the Pay button
After paying the fee your confirmation page will appear. - take a printout for future reference.
